Walt Disney--The New Face of Organized Crime?
This from Washington Post:
. . . The affidavit [by the FBI and North Carolina U.S. attorney] states [that] the group [Liberty Dollar] is being investigated for federal violations including "uttering coins of gold, silver or other metal" and "making or possessing likenesses of coins. . . ." [and] ". . . the issuance of a non-governmental competing currency," . . .Hmmm . . . producing something that looks like a coin? Issuing a non-government currency? NO-body does THAT, now, DO they???

. . . This argument met with ridicule over the weekend from the prolific on-line network of Ron Paul supporters and sound money advocates, some of whom sarcastically predicted that the feds would next be going after Disneyworld for selling "Disney Dollars" for use inside the amusement park. "Here is a Mickey Mouse coin issued by that criminal, separatist organization, the Walt Disney Corporation. Did someone fail Common Sense 101?" wrote one commenter on the Post's Web site, offering a link to an image of the offending Mickey dubloon. Wrote another, "With commemorative coins advertised in every Sunday newspaper, and given the Donald Duck silver coins sold at Disney Land, this is an obvious attack on Ron Paul, a legitimate Presidential candidate, by the Federal Government. I am going to respond by going to Ron Paul's web site, easily found with Google, and giving $100 today." . . .
I WONDER if this doesn't just HELP Ron Paul, in the long run???
I WONDER if Mickey Mouse is shaking in his boots???
I WONDER if this isn't going to blow up in Bush's face, before it's all over???
I WONDER what the history books will one day say about this???
I WONDER if the state attorney/s who went forward with this specious draconian action, aren't already regretting their foolish attack on "Liberty"???
I WONDER why the Homeland Security Advisor—famous for her draconian moves—stepped down today???
